Our 5 and 7-day programs are designed to gently pull you out of the “horizontal rush” of modern life and ground you in the “vertical stillness” of the Himalayas. Led by the experienced teachers, these retreats offer a blend of disciplined practice and profound relaxation.

The Himalayan Pause (5 Days / 4 Nights)

Best for: Busy professionals, first-time solo travelers, and those needing a quick energetic reset.

Sometimes, you don’t need a whole new life; you just need a moment to breathe. The 5-Day Pause is designed to clear the mental fog. We focus on “Digital Detox” and “Sattvic Living” to flush out stress and reset your circadian rhythm.

  • Foundation Yoga: 2 daily classes focusing on alignment and releasing tension from office-bound bodies.
  •  Forest Therapy: Guided silent walks in the pine forests to reconnect with nature.
  • Explore & Volunteering: Guided walk into the village and explore the Pahari Culture.
  •  Rest: Ample free time to read, journal, or simply nap in the afternoon sun.

The Personal Transformation (5 Days / 4 Nights)
